Diane Lane and Josh Brolin are calling time on love after eight years of marriage.
Lane, of Perfect Storm and Unfaithful fame, and Brolin, 45, split a couple of months ago and have no children together. A rep for the couple confirmed whispers of a pending divorce in a statement Thursday:
“Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage.”
A celebrity informant tells Us Weekly their was third party involvement:
“It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It’s not ugly, it’s just over.”
This will be the second divorce for both stars. Diane, now 48, was married to actor Christopher Lambert from 1988 to 1994. Josh previously split from Alice Adair, the mother of his two children, Trevor, 24, and Eden, 18.
Josh last made headlines when he was arrested on New Year’s Day for public intoxication in Santa Monica, California. The True Grit actor is the son of actor James Brolin and stepson of singer Barbra Streisand.
