New day, new man for HOhan. Lindsay Lohan has sparked rumors that she is bumping pelvics with actor Jonathan Rhys Meyer. Spywitnesses at the Villa West Hollywood claim the pair spent the night partying together earlier this month and were overheard making plans to meet up at Lindsay’s house later.

“Lindsay made a beeline for Jonathan, and before long they were making out. They didn’t seem to be hiding it,” a snitch reports.
