The Jonas Brothers will appear on Ellen on Monday. The popular talk show host gave accident-prone lead singer Joe Jonas a parting gift during the Friday taping-a helmet. Joe, who famously slashed his hand during the 2007 American Music Awards, recently suffered a head injury backstage at a concert in Atlantic City.
“I hate to cover up that hair,” Ellen said, “because it’s good hair, but it’s more important that you stay safe.”
Joe joked: “I can pick up some cute chicks.”
