PEOPLE has learned that staffs at New York’s star-filled Alexandria building helped Jon move into a two bedroom on June 2.

The star of TLC’s Jon & Kate Plus 8 is now less than an hour away from his new girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, 22, who is a native of nearby New City, NY.
