You should of done all the partying, smoking, etc in your 20′s Jon not now in your 30′s, you should of spoken up for yourself long agao when you were still with Kate and not let her step all over you for 10 years!!!! I feel it is in poor taste to be dating while still married even if you are legally separated. As an adult and a parent especially, Jon should be behaving in an appropriate manner for his children’s sake at least. Kate may have treated him poorly at times, but I also saw shows where she was respectful of him and she expressed her gratitude and love for him. My parents legally separated once I graduated from college and my father began dating before they were officially divorced and I couldn’t stand it. It’s so easy to get married and Jon and Kate should have meant the vows they said before God…for better or for worse. When you have marital problems, you go to marriage counseling, not divorce court. I was married at 23 and I’m now 36 with two children. Marriage is not always great, but I firmly believe that normally the grass is not greener on the other side. Jon wants to return to his young, carefree years. Wouldn’t we all, but once you make your life choices and you have the children, life will never be carefree again because you have major responsibilities. I guarantee that Jon’s new relationship will not last. Why? He’s just having fun. This girl will more than likely want to settle down and have children herself and I doubt Jon wants anymore children. I like happy endings, so I hope Jon get over his “30′s crisis” and Jon and Kate can reconcile. There is a such thing as a “30′s crisis”. Two days before I turned 30, I got a navel ring and a tatoo to make me feel younger. I don’t regret it, but I could have done without them.

she always treated him like shit… you seen on the show.. you could tell he as fed up with her bossy attitude.. treating him like dirt.. she deserves everything she gets “and doesn’t get” out of this mess.. and Jon deserves the world…

all he did was be a great dad and husband and she treated him like a second class citizen… hopefully he never goes back to her… and you never go back “for the kids sake” thats not love… nor healthy.. any psycologist will tell you that…
