Jon Gosselin is expected to file a countersuit for $5 million against The Learning Channel, according to RadarOnline.com.

Last month, TLC announced it was filing a breach of contract suit against Jon. The lawsuit alleges that the father of eight hasn’t met the obligations of his contract as an exclusive employee by appearing on other programs for compensation and made unauthorized disclosures about the show.

The 32-year-old dad — and former star of TLC’s Jon & Kate Plus 8 — “is likely to argue that TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive,” the site claims.
