Jon vs. Kate: Round 2

According to RadarOnline, Jon Gosselin has emptied out the joint bank account he shares with Kate Gosselin, leaving his estranged wife with just $1,000. A second account, set up for the Gosselin children, was untouched, Radar claims.

Kate has reportedly responded with legal action against Jon, having a lawyer send a letter to him demanding the return of the funds, with papers to be filed in a Pennsylvania court on Monday.

The news comes just days after Jon appeared on Larry King Live, where he talked about wanting to repair his fractured relationship with the the mother of his eight children.

“I want Kate and I to mediate. I want us to become friends…”

Earlier this week, Jon waged war against TLC, the parent network of his family’s reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8, recently-renamed Kate Plus 8, after demanding the network halt production on the show.
