Just call him “Rubber Johnny.” Golden Globe Award-winning actor Johnny Depp has been offered a whopping $10million to front a new ad campaign for condom giant Trojan. The forty-four year old actor is being courted to appear in a series of television promotions for Trojan’s new line of Magnum condoms.

Trojan bosses are convinced snagging Johnny as their new spokesman will expand sales in the United States. In fact, adveritsing executives have already begun toying with a few slogan ideas, including: “Stand up with Johnny for safer sex.”

No word on whether or not Johnny’s “up” for getting in bed with Trojan, but the Public Enemies star does have a history of strong feelings about sex education, particularly as a star on Fox’s teen crime series 21 Jump Street in the 1980s.

“This show teaches kids about drugs and safe sex, which is why I agreed to do it,” he once said in an interview.
