Oscar-nominated actor Johnny Depp and starlet/humanitarian Angelina Jolie will share the silver screen in the Sony-produced international thriller The Tourist, opening Dec. 11, the studio said Thursday.

People Magazine’s reigning “Sexiest Man Alive” and the pouty-lipped sex symbol will reportedly strip down and lock lips for a tongue-wagging love scene that’s sure to send temperatures rising once the film is released late this year.

The revamp of the 2005 French spy thriller Anthony Zimmer follows Interpol agent Cara Mason (Jolie) who ropes everyman American tourist Frank Taylor (Depp) visiting France into being bait in the hunt for a wanted criminal, who’s also her former lover.
