John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston are over–again–according to PEOPLE.

A source told the magazine the rocker broke up with the actress for the second time when she returned from promoting Marley & Me in Europe.

“They had some disagreements and decided to not continue to see each other,” a second source said. “Jen is moving on with life like she always does. She seems happy.”

Jen and John, who first started dating in March of 2008, split last summer. In the days following the breakup, the musician told members of the paparazzi that he was the one who ended the relationship. However, the two reunited in November 2008.
