The fact that Jen has been unlucky in love is the common demonator – herself! She must have an insecurity in herself that feels she can tame rockstars that are not available for her, so she is choosing emotionally unavailable men because she isn’t available. She claims she wants to go out and have “fun” now that John and her are broken up, but not being honest with herself and others in the first place got her in trouble.
