“I love how some guys hate me for dating their fantasy girl, as if they were going to if I hadn’t,” the rocker Tweeted of his widely-criticized dating habits on Tuesday.

The “Clarity” rocker has been romantically linked to actresses Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Cameron Diaz. John also dated a brunette Jessica Simpson — post-Nick, of course.
