Habitually manless actress Jennifer Aniston has acquired a new piece of arm candy, and she has girlfriend Sheryl Crow to thank for it. The ex-wife of Brad Pitt has reportedly begun dating folky-pop singer John Mayer.

“Sheryl thinks the world of both Jen and John, and knows that they’ve both been looking for that special someone,” an insider reveals to The National Enquirer. “So while Sheryl is doing tour dates in Florida, she decided to set the two of them up on a date in Miami.”

Jenn and John were snapped enjoying an early dinnerat Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink in South Beach on Friday afternoon (April 25th).

“Jen and John looked very happy together,” says an eyewitness. “They walked arm and arm as they left the restaurant.”

“They felt so comfortable with each other that they ate of each other’s plates. Jen had a bite of John’s ham sandwich between bites of her chopped chicken salad. And they shared a chocolate-peanut butter candy bar dessert.”

“Their next date could be a Sheryl Crow concert — she’s doing gigs up and down the coast all this week,” the friend concluded. “After all, they owe her a big ‘thank you’.”
