Michael Jackson’s will does not include his father, Joe Jackson, with whom the star often had a tumultuous relationship, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.

The will divides the late singer’s estate between his beloved mother Katherine, his three children, and one or more charities, sources tell the paper.

In court documents filed this week, the Jacksons said they believe their son died without a valid will.

A lawyer for his parents said they had not seen the 2002 will.

“No will has been presented to family or us,” said L. Londell McMillan. “We will review any will when we see it.”

In a 1993 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Michael claimed he was physically and psychological battered by his father during his days as a charttopping child star.

Joe denied the child abuse allegations in a 2003 chat with Louis Theroux for the BBC.

“I whipped him with a switch and a belt. I never beat him. You beat someone with a stick.”
