Ashley Alexandra Dupré, the twenty-two year old aspiring singer at the center of former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer’s prostitution scandal, filed suit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis on Monday.

After making headlines as the Spitzer Call Girl, it was discovered that a seventeen or eighteen year old Ashley (depending on whose telling the story) was featured in a 2003 edition of Girls Gone Wild. Ashley is seeking $10 million in damages, claiming Francis and his film company illegally exploited her in a series of promotional campaigns on the GGW website.
According to People Magazine, Ashley’s lawsuit claims:
Girls Gone Wild “representatives offered her alcohol, before inducing her to expose her breasts for cameras and to sign a release form – even though she was 17 years old and not of legal age to properly enter into any contract.”
