Jodie Foster moves Golden Globe crowd to tears as she accepts the Cecile B DeMille Award
Jodie Foster’s career has spanned 47 years and last night she owned her moment as she accepting the Cecile B DeMille Award. “My work has evolved,” she said of gravitating towards directing in recent years after a long and storied career as an actress. “Hopefully I’ll be doing different things than I did when I was 3 years old and 6 years old and 20 years old.”
Jodie also shined some light on her private life, hinting that she had never lived her life as anything other than a gay woman, hanking her children and her mother, who is currently suffering from dementia. Jodie also touched on a sensitive issue for all celebrities, the balance of a private life.
