Joaquin Phoenix Rap Career Not A Hoax
Joaquin Phoenix’s new career as an MC is the real deal, according to a rep for the former Oscar nominee.
“The transition from one career to another is never seamless. It should come as no surprise to anyone that Joaquin came from a musical family, in addition to winning a Golden Globe for his portrayal of Johnny Cash,” Joaquin’s rep told MTV News following reports that the star’s recent retirement from film is all part of an elaborate hoax.
“He intends on exploring his musical interests despite speculative, negative or positive reactions.”

“Bye! Good”…Joaquin, I just don’t get it. Oh, wait; you were trying to be FUNNY! Well, good luck with that. Have you ever thought about an American Idol audition? I’d like to hear Simon’s response to your exploration of your musical interests. “Bye! Good” good grief!
