Jett Travolta’s death certificate says he was killed by a “seizure,” according to Glen Campbell, assistant director of the Bahamian funeral home handling the remains of John Travolta and Kelly Preston’s 16-year-old son.

The body is in “great condition” and shows no sign of head trauma, despite police officials who said the teen may have hit his head on a bathtub, Campbell told The Associated Press Monday evening.

Jett Travolta, who had long history of weekly battles with seizures, died en route to an emergency room in the Bahamas last Friday morning.

“The only cause of death that was listed was ‘seizure.’”
