New York City celeb snitches are dishing that Joe Simpson is considering managing Britney Spears’ careening career.

Joe already manages lucrative deals for his singing daughters, Jessica and her younger sister Ashlee.

Sources say Jessica would be okay with the arrangement and has even offered to put out a call to Britney.
