Cheapskate Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo ducked behind the line of scrimmage and let girlfriend Jessica Simpson pick up a whopping $3,000-plus tab at LA club Villa for him and 10 other freeloaders – who never once offered to kick in!
