A representative for Jessica Simpson has dismissed reports that the entertainer is at the center of a sex tape blackmail plot.

On Monday, Britain’s Daily Sport claimed a sex tape featuring the singer/actress in a raunchy romp with then-husband Nick Lachey had been left by the people responsible for leaking the Pamela Anderson/Tommy Lee sex tape

There is “no truth” to the story, Simpson’s spokeswoman Lauren Auslander emphatically told TheCelebrityTruth.com Thursday. The publicist added that no Jessica/Nick sex tape exists.
