Jessica Simpson was enjoying an impromptu birthday dinner for celebrity hair stylist Ken Paves when the busty blonde serenaded the crowd at Louisiana’s Olive Street Bistroon with a piano-assisted solo on August 5.

The singer, who has been bumped from a co-hosting gig on her sister’s upcoming talk show in favor of a monkey, stepped up to the piano when restaurant dishwasher Marshall Collier sat down to play for diners.

Jess crooned classics like “Midnight Train To Georgia” and “Desperado” for Olive Street guests. “It was so fantastic. Jessica is welcome back here any time,” says the manager.
