Jessica Simpson has purchased a one-bedroom suite at Las Vegas newest residential resort, the Palms Place Hotel Condo Spa. Nestled next to the famous Palms Palace Hotel and Casino, the Palms Place, which opened to residents on February 29th, offers a two-story spa, an onsiterestaurant and lounge along with 599 condominiums. Condos at the Palms Place range in price from $500,000 to $7 million.

The fifty-story Palms Place is connected to the Palms by an enclosed, elevated, moving walkway, which allows residents twenty-four hour access to amenities at the famous casino.
