Jessica Simpson may have recently purchased a $3.47 million home in a gated community in Nashville’s Forest Hills community, according to a new report from the Nashville Post.

The 10,925-square-foot, 7-bedroom, 8-bath home is located in the Northumberland section of the city and comes equipped with “magnificent stone work on cornices, window trim and entry door, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a home theatre, and fabulous landscaping,” according to a public listing.

“Jessica will love her new neighborhood,” a Simpson source reveals to OK! Magazine. “There’s the Greenhouse and Corner Pub, as well as high-end, celebrity-friendly salon Trumps and shopping destinations Louis Vuitton, BCBG, Tiffany &Co. and chic shoe boutique The Perfect Pair.”
