Jessica Simpson Gains Ten Pounds, Re-Hires Personal Trainer Mike Alexander

After going from an 114-pound frame in June to tipping the scale at 124 in November, five-foot three and a half inch Jessica Simpson has enlisted the help of high school friend turned personal trainer, Mike Alexander to shed her new found flesh.
“Jessica recently binged on buffalo wings and cupcakes and gained some extra weight, and she feels horrible,” Star Magazine insider reveals.
“Jessica has become self-conscious about her body,” another mole reports to Life & Style.
“She’s small, so any extra pounds make her feel chubby.”
Star’s source continues: “She’s determined to work those pounds off-and she wants Mike to help her do it. He literally got her butt into shape when he trained her for the role of Daisy Duke. He’ll give Jessica the disciplined, ‘boot camp’ workout she needs-lots of cardio, lots of lunges and weights.”
“Jessica feels safe when Mike is around.”
