Jessica Simpson is thrilled her baby sister can “finally rest her head on something real.” The actress says she couldn’t be happier to hear of sis Ashlee Simpson’s engagement to Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz.
“My sister is overflowing with joy,” Jessica told People Magazine. “Pete is an incredible soul. They naturally bring out the best in each other. I couldn’t be happier.”
Twenty-three year old Ashlee and Pete, twenty-eight, announced their engagement on FriendsorEnemies.com late Wednesday.
