Jessica Sierra wants another round of Celebrity Rehab. Troubled singer Sierra wants to apppear on the forthcoming second season of the VH1 reality series, which stars low-level celebs battling addiction, but she’ll need permission from the State of Florida to do it.
Celebrity Rehab host Dr. Drew will accompany lawyers for the drug-addicted former American Idol as they attend a hearing to lift a court-orderd media ban before Circuit Judge Greg Holder in Tampa Bay Circuit Court on Thursday.
Jessica is eager to continue strengthing her sobriety alongside former child star Aaron Carter and Sean Stewart, spawn of rock legend Rod Stewart, who are already on-board for the second season of the reality hit.
It will be up to Judge Holder to decide whether or not to lift a media ban ordering Jessica to stay at least 100 yards from microphones and cameras. The ban was put in place by Circuit Judge Thomas Perry, who order Jessica to become more focused on staying clean after the twenty-two year old was arrested on a string of felony drug and assault charges.
Jessica’s attorney, John Fitzgibbons, has filed papers requesting the media ban by lifted, Tampa Bay Online reports.
