Jessica Alba is in negotiations to join the Ben Stiller/Robert DeNiro comedy Little Fockers.

The actress would play the role of an attractive pharmaceutical rep whose looks wreak havoc on male characters in in Universal’s Meet The Fockers follow-up.

Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Teri Polo, and Owen Wilson will return for a third instalment, which sees Greg Focker raising twins with his wife Pam while still trying to win over his tough-as-nails father-in-law Jack.

Production is set to begin in the next few months, with a 2010 release date likely. The Fantastic Four actress is set to star in the Robert Rodriguez thriller Machete as well as Garry Marshall’s romantic comedy Valentine’s Day next year.
