Jessica Alba Broadway ‘Speed-The-Plow’ Production

Jessica Alba has lined up an appearance on teh Broadway stage next year – in a bid to beat an actor’s strike. Alba is in talks to star in a production of David Mamet’s Speed-the-Plow, playing Karen – a role debuted on the New York stage in 1998 by Madonna.
Jessica said on Live with Regis and Kelly, “I have been asked. It’s perfect timing because of the strike. There might be an actor’s strike in June. So if they don’t resolve, I can do theater.”
