Jennifer Love Hewitt has given boyfriend Jamie Kennedy an engagement ultimatum – she wants a ring on her finger by next June or he’s in big trouble, mister!

The Ghost Whisperer co-stars have been dating since Jennifer called off her engagement to former fiance Ross McCall.

Jamie and Jenn sparked reports that they were ready to wed after being spotted shopping for jewelry together. JLove has dismissed the engagement claims, but the 30-year-old actress is definitely looking forward to a life as man and wife with Jamie.

“A rumor has come out that Jamie and I supposedly got engaged. The poor guy was on fire. He was like, ‘No, no, no. That’s not true!’ I was like, ‘God, would that be the worst thing in the world?!’”

“By this time next year, if we’re not planning something, then there’s a situation,” she warns.
