Former Ghost Whisperer actress Jennifer Love Hewitt is developing three new small screen series, just a few months after CBS pulled the plug on her long-running supernatural drama, Entertainment Weekly said this week.
ABC has tapped Love Hewitt to produce a half-hour comedy titled Bad Taste in Men. She’s also working on a romantic comedy for FOX, and a television adaptation of her ripped-from-the-headlines Lifetime Original Movie The Client List — which will feature an expanded look at the housewife-turned-hooker protagonist.
The oft-unlucky-in-love actress will next be seen co-starring alongside Betty White in the Hallmark Hall of Fame made-for-TV movie The Lost Valentine. Hewitt plays a journalist who writes a story on White’s character, an ex-serviceman’s widow.
The Lost Valentine will air on CBS next year.
