The 30-year-old actress, who portrays a psychic with the ability to communicate with “the other side” on the CBS television drama Ghost Whisperer has a lucky seed that she uses to ward off negative energy.

“I have a little seed that was given to me by a friend of mine that is meant to protect you and keeps you safe. I always have it with me or pinned to my wardrobe,” J. Love says.
