Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt is bringing her life experience to the printed page in the form of a new book on love and relationships.

The Ghost Whisperer star– whose high-profile love life has included romances with Carson Daly, John Mayer, and most recently co-star Jamie Kennedy — will release The Day I Shot Cupid in the Winter of 2010.

So what advice does J. Love have for us singletons? The star says Cupid will feature lessons in love for lessons, including tips for flirting through text, instant messaging, how to start over after a breakup, and what men and women really want.

“Throughout my career, there has always been so much written about my love life. Some true, but mostly made up. I thought it was time to share the real story of what I’ve learned navigating the dating waters,” Jennifer says of the book. “Hopefully, in addition to having a good laugh, women reading this will learn from some of my hard lessons.”
