Mum mom-to-be Jennifer Lopez, reported to be carrying fraternal twins, was shaken by a miscarriage scare just before her concert tour stop with husband Marc Anthony at Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun Casino.

“Somehow she got too close to the edge of the stage and almost fell. Jennifer caught herself before she fell, but later she was overcome with fear that she could lose her babies and suffer a miscarriage,” according to report in The National Enquirer.

“I just wanted you to know I’m OK,” Jennifer told the audience. “That could have been really ugly, but it wasn’t, and that’s all that matter.”
