Jennifer Lopez $50,000 Home Gym “Fresh Mommy” Diet

After gaining between forty and fifty pounds during her recent pregnancy with twins, Jennifer Lopez has become obsessed with recapturing her pre-Max and Emme body. (Max and Emme Photos Here!) The World’s Highest-Paid Latina entertainer has enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, an all-natural “Fresh Mommy” diet, and a $50,000 state-of-the-art home gym to whip her back into shape.
“She’s consulted trainers, nutritionists, and doctors looking for the safest way to drop the weight in record time,” a J. Lo friend tells In Touch Weekly.
Jennifer’s menu will by marked by the presence of lots of scrambled eggs with sauteed mushrooms, tropical fruit, Greek yogurt, turkey, and tuna, as part of the “Fresh Mommy” diet for new and expectant mothers.
“Jennifer is the queen of knowing what her body needs,” Gunnar tells In Touch. “Her body has just gone through a major event, but I have zeron concerns about her getting back into shape.”
“Her main priority is the health of the babies, so she’ll start as soon as she gets the mommy routine down.”
