Jennifer Hudson Super Bowl 2009 Performance “The National Anthem”
Jennifer Hudson will reportedly return to the stage for the first time since losing her family in a triple homicide last October at Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa, Florida next month.
According to a scoop from E!, the Grammy-nominated star will perform “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the big game on Feb. 1.

I'm glad to see she is getting back into performing after such a terrible tragedy. She is a very talented young professional. I just hope she avoids the propensity of the many young women recently singing the National Anthem to riff and just sing it like it is written.
