TMZ.com confirms that Jennifer Hudson’s brother, Jason Hudson, was the second victim in the double homicide that resulted in the death of the Oscar winner’s mother in a home on the South Side of Chicago Friday.

“Officers responded to a call of two people found unresponsive,” says Chicago Police Department spokesman John Mirabelli. “They discovered a male and a female that had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.”

An all points bulletin has been issued for Jennifer’s 7-year-old nephew, Julian King, who may have been taken from the scene of the crime.

Poor Jennifer. I can’t imagine anything more awful.
