Jennifer’s got a psycho!

Jennifer Garner has filed a temporary restraining order against a man she claims has been stalking her since 2002.

In papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 7, the former Alias star requests an order of protection against Steven R. Burky, 36, who she alleges has “engaged in obsessive and harassing behavior, posting about me on the Internet, sending me multiple packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country, through multiple states, to make contact with me.”

Jennifer’s sworn affidavit also states that the stranger has shown up at her residence.

“I now fear not only for my personal safety, but also for the safety and well-being of those that I love and care about most, including my husband and daughter,” the mom-to-be says in the court documents. “Also, I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born.”

Per the temporary order, Burky has been forbidden from contacting Jennifer and must stay 100 yards away from the actress, he husband Ben Affleck, daughter Violet, and several of the family’s employees.
