You’d never guess it by the number of unsuccessful romance in her past, but actress Jennifer Aniston might just be the most eligible bachelorette on Earth. In a new poll conducted by Vanity Fair Magazine and 60 Minutes, 29 % of respondents voted the Marley & Me actress the most eligible single woman in the world, followed by twice-divorced stunner Halle Berry. Elin Nordegren — the very wealthy jilted bride of tennis ace Tiger Woods rounded out the Top 3.

Although she is currently single, Aniston, 41, has previously been romantically-linked with actors Brad Pitt and Vince Vaughn, singer John Mayer, and Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritzrs.

Jen even edged out sexy senior Betty White, who has been single since losing her beloved husband, game show host Allen Ludden, 30 years ago. She only pulled in 7% of the votes, but had an edge over the eclectic Lady Gaga — who is dating NYC bartender Luc Carl — and Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, who snagged 4% of the vote.
