Jennifer Aniston will be damned if she’ll lose another man! The movie star is prepared to spend major dinero to keep herself looking sensational for new BF John Mayer, who is nine years her junior. Thirty-nine year old Jen is considering undergoing a complete body overhaul to include $100,000 worth of breast implants, liposuction, cellulite treatments, and skin facials, pals tell Star Magazine.

“…Jen wants John to think she’s the sexiest woman alive, and having her breasts done and flattening her trouble spots will help her confidence….She wants Botox injections to help make her eyes look younger, which is going to ser her back almost $2,000,” one spy whispers. “She also wants both collagen and Juvederm, which will probably cost upwards of $5,000. They’re injected into the lips and face to help fill lines and creases.”

According to Star, Jen’s concerned that her modest 34B bustline pales in comparision to the assets of John’s other famous follies, like Jessica Simpson, who boasts shapely DD batteries. And ex Jennifer Love Hewitt was the subject of Mayer’s 2002 hit “Your Body Is A Wonderland.”

“For the first time in her life, Jennifer feels she may not stack up against other girls,” a second insider tells Star. “Jen is dying to look younger and doesn’t care how much it cost. Jen feels like she looks 20 years older than John. That’s just not acceptable to her.”
