In case you were wondering, Jennifer Aniston is sooo ovah questions about when she’s going to have her eggs fertilized.
The former Friends star appeared on The Today Show Wednesday to talk about her role as a trophy wife in the upcoming flick Life of Crime. The banter eventually took a more serious turn when interviewer and new dad Carson Daly fielded a few questions in reference to Aniston’s recent appearance at the Makers conference in February, where she interviewed famous feminism Gloria Steinem on the issue of womanhood in relation to motherhood.
Aniston told Daly that she doesn’t associate her worth as a women with motherhood, Frankly, the Queen of Rom-Com is a little frustrated with those quiz her about her oft-delayed wedding to fiancé Justin Theroux and pepper her with questions about marriage and babies.
“I don’t have this sort of checklist of things that have to be done. And…if they’re not checked, then I’ve failed some part of my feminism or my being a woman or my worth and my value as a woman.”
Jennifer added that it’s “unfair” to place societal ideals on the masses.
“I’ve birth a lot of things and I feel like I’ve mothered many things and I don’t think it’s fair to put that pressure on people.”
