Jeb Bush Hates LGBTQ Community Enough To Fight Against Supreme Court

Jeb Bush and Same-Sex Marriage Battle

How much does Jeb Bush hate gays, lesbians, transgenders, and other members of the LGBTQ community? Bush spoke with The Brody File on Sunday and said he would continue to fight against same-sex marriage, even if the Supreme Court rules that it must be allowed throughout the United States. According to Bush, there is no constitutional right for same-sex couples to become legally married.

“I think traditional marriage is a sacrament,” Bush said. “To imagine how we are going to succeed in our country unless we have committed family life, committed child-centered family system is hard to imagine. So, irrespective of the Supreme Court ruling because they are going to decide whatever they decide, I don’t know what they are going to do, we need to be stalwart supporters of traditional marriage.”

The 2016 presidential hopeful added, “Thousands of years of culture and history are being changed at warp speed. It’s hard to fathom why it is this way.”

Bush, attempting to pigeonhole Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama, noted that they felt the same way just four years earlier. Obama came out in favor of same-sex marriage in 2012 while Clinton recently endorsed it as a constitutional right.

When a supreme court ruling in his own state of Florida made the practice legal, Jeb Bush shrugged his shoulders at the ruling. It now appears that he is taking a stand against same-sex marriage for all members of the LGBTQ community.
