Jamie Lynn Spears has a stalker! A celebrity photog was arrested and charged with stalking Brit’s baby sis and the teen mom’s fiance, Casey Aldridge, in Liberty, Mississippi on Tuesday.

Edwin W. Merino posted bond soon after his afternoon arrest; Mississippi authorities say the thirty year old celebrity snapper just wouldn’t leave the young expectant parents alone. Edwin denies stalking Jamie Lynn and Casey. The paparazzo claims he was approximately 200 feet away from the couple using a long lens when he was arrested at local gas station.

“I just think since I was the only one there, it was just easier for them to single me out,” Edwin said in a telephone interview with the Associated Press on Wednesday. “The one picture I got was kind of by luck,” he said. “I got lucky when I saw them at Wal-Mart when I was buying deodorant.”
