Jamie Lynn Spears’ pregnancy scare has turned out to be a false alarm. According to insiders at The National Enquirer,Jamie Lynn confided her faux pregnancy fears in big sis Brit before taking a home pregnancy test that proved a missed menstrual cycle to be a false alarm.

“Britney told Jamie Lynn she’d help her with anything she needed,” a source says. “She promised to keep her secret and not say anything.”

“Lynne is furious that Jamie Lynn told Britney first and not her,” a tattle tells the tab.

Britney has reportedly known about J.L’s boot-knockin’ activity for some time and advised the teen to obtain birth control pills. Jamie Lynn retorted with “the pill would make her fat,” says the snitch

“Use condoms,” Britney further advised.

“Jamie seemed very stressed and couldn’t concentrate,” an Enquirer insider reports. “Lynne kept asking her what was wrong and demanded that Jamie Lynn tell her what was going on, or she wasn’t going back to work.

“Jamie Lynn started crying and told her mom the whole story - that she feared she might be pregnant. Lynne said she would take her to the doctor when they got back home to Louisiana. Then Lynne informed her ex-husband Jamie,” the mole continues.
