Sixteen year old Jamie Lynn Spears has agreed to hand over custody of her unborn baby to her mom Lynne immediately following birth so she may concentrate on her career, according to a Star Magazine report. Lynne will then raise the child at the family’s home in rural Kentwood, Louisiana, away from Hollywood.
“After several weeks of personal soul searching and talks and discussions with her mom, Jamie Lynn reluctantly agreed that giving up the baby is the right thing to do.” “…Lynne will take the front seat of caring for the baby and take the pressure off her daughter.”
“Lynne says Jamie doesn’t understand the life long consequences of having a baby,” Star’s insider spills. “She still wants her daughter to be able to be a teenager, go to parties, hang out with friends and have a career.”
Star claims that once the baby is born Jamie Lynn will return to Los Angeles to take another stab at success in showbiz.
“She wants Jamie Lynn to continue her show business career after the baby is born and Jamie Lynn also realizes she wants to enjoy her teenage years without the responsibilities of caring for a baby.”
“Lynne is convinced that having a baby on her hip will not help Jamie Lynn’s future in the business and she’s expecting her daughter to pick up where she left off as soon as the baby is born.”
“Jamie Lynn will be back at work and trying to remind people of her talent and not that she is an unwed teenage mother,” the Spears mole says.
Jamie Lynn’s managers agree. They have advised Lynne that the best thing to do is have Jamie photographed with the baby as soon as it is born, sell the pictures, and then take over raising the child.
“Lynne is completely on board with the plan. She always wanted Britney to raise her babies in Louisiana. She couldn’t have that but now she’s going to raise Jamie Lynn’s baby at her home in Kentwood.”
What you do think of this rumored plan to have Lynne Spears raise her teen daughter’s child? Given the job Lynne did with Britney giving her another kid to ruin doesn’t sound like such a hot idea, so this is one of those tabloid reports that we will take with a grain of salt.
