Jaden Smith “The Karate Kid” Remake Confirmed
Will and Jada’s son is the new Karate Kid.
Variety has confirmed that Jaden Smith will star in Columbia Pictures’ upcoming reworking of the hit 1984 film The Karate Kid.
The Chris Murphy-scripted movie will loosely follow the plot of the original film, which centered around a bullied young boy learning to face his demons with the help of mentor Mr. Miyagi.
