Jack Osbourne quietly married model Lisa Stelly in a weekend wedding ceremony.

Jack and Lisa, who share a six-month-old daughter Pearl, tied the knot in a ceremony on the Kona-Kohala coast of West Hawaii. There were only 48 guests in attendance — including the groom’s famous parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne and his sister Kelly Osbourne, who stood in as a bridesmaid.

The nups news comes months after Jack revealed that he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis shortly after Pearl’s birth.
