J.R. Smith is on a much better team now, taking advantage of that, and wants everyone to know it. He is a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, a team that has been predicted to win it all and showed why after a big blowout win over the Bulls in order to advance.

The Eastern Conference semifinals series between the Chicago Bulls and the Cleveland Cavaliers was close at times, you’d have never known that from watching last night’s game 6. The Cavs showed that they were the stronger team and wanted to close it out on the Bulls’ home court.

The New York Knicks made a pretty big blunder when they gave up both J.R. Smith and Iman Shumpert and now the Cavs are benefiting from their mistake. Smith took a stab at his former team with his Instagram post after the team advanced.

Couldn’t have said it better myself!!!@imanshumpertthe1st

J.R. Smith has been an integral addition to the team and has been known to make a large number of 3’s in his career, a blending well with the team. Of course, Lebron James is the outspoken star and even gave a little wink to former Bulls star Scottie Pippen during the blowout win last night. Smith and Shumpert have both had quite a turnaround in recent months as they went from one of the worst teams in the league to a team that has a legitimate chance to win the NBA title. In addition to the creative Instagram post involving his old team, he also a picture of the team looking excited after the game stating how much fun they were having and thanking the fans.

J.R. Smith and the Cleveland Cavaliers have a great shot at making it to the NBA championship and will play the winner of the Hawks and the Wizards.
