“Rehaber” Lindsay Lohan returned to work on the set of her upcoming thriller I Know Who Killed Me on Thursday.

“People were getting a bit antsy about what the status was, so it’s pretty thrilling,” says a People Magazine source. “As soon as Lindsay was cleared, they started everything back up again.”

LiLo is expected to work between thirteen and fourteen hours each day. She is expected to receive treatment at night while working during the day.
