Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott had a baby boy in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon. Liam Aaron McDermott is six pounds, six ounces. Tori recently took the steps to reunite with her estranged mom and Candy Spelling was in the room for the birth of her grandson.
